Prashant Sahni , Chief Executive Officer. Prashant Sahni led the acquisition of Tecnovate, which launched ebookers' BPO operations in India serving its European websites. Currently its Chief Executive Officer, Prashant has grown the Company from 15 employees to its current strength of over 750. Prashant also holds a board position at Tecnovate. Prashant has worked with leading MNCs in senior capacities. He has worked as a Senior Business Consultant with Arthur Andersen where he advised on IT related acquisitions. His expertise includes Acquisition Strategy, Target Identification, Valuation and Due Diligence. In addition, he conducted several IT Business Process, Operations and Financial Reviews. Prashant has also worked as a Venture Capitalist in the IT space. He was a Senior Venture Associate at antfactory, the Pan European Venture Fund where he was the Global Specialist in the IT, IT Enabled Services and eLearning sector. While at antfactory, Prashant conducted an in-depth study of the Indian IT Outsourcing Sector and developed the fund's Global Investment Strategy for structuring IT Outsourcing transactions. A Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, Prashant is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Arthur Andersen and also holds a Masters in International Finance from the London School of Economics. Rohit Varma Senior Vice President, Head-Travel Guru. Rohit heads Travel Guru, and also looks after Strategic HR initiatives and Change Management processes for Tecnovate. Rohit brings the knowledge and insight to effectively realign organizational policies & processes with business needs. Prior to joining , Rohit was Head of HR at NIIT Technologies. During his last 14 years as a management professional, he was engaged in various leadership roles covering Training & Development, Organization Development, Change Management, Business Development and Relationship Management. Rohit, is an Economics graduate from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi and holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, where he specialized in Human Resource Management. P. Nahar Academic Head-Travel Guru. Nahar is a well known expert in the Travel industry with over 31 years experience as Manager with Lufthansa German Airlines and over 11 years as the Head of Training Institute of Travel Trade - a leading Travel Education Institute. He has trained travel and airline staff in Germany, Middle-east, Nepal, Sri Lanka and India. R.B. Khare Academic Head-Travel Guru. Mr. Khare was a former Passenger Services Manager with Air France having over 31 years of experience in the Airlines Industry and has been a known expert in the Travel industry having trained travel staff in India and abroad. His last assignment was as the Head of Training Institute of Travel Trade - a leading Travel Education Institute since 1992.
